Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Shillong
Morning: Arrive at Guwahati airport, where our representative will greet you and drive you to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. The journey itself is scenic, with lush greenery and rolling hills along the way. Afternoon: Check into your hotel and then enjoy a leisurely lunch. Post-lunch, start your exploration of Shillong with a visit to Ward’s Lake, where you can enjoy boating and the beautifully landscaped gardens. This excursion is part of our Shillong Tour Packages, which highlight the must-visit attractions of this scenic hill station.. Evening: Take a stroll down Police Bazar for some local shopping and dining. This bustling market offers a glimpse into the local lifestyle and is perfect for picking up souvenirs.
Day 2: Cherrapunjee Excursion
Afternoon: Enjoy lunch with a view of the plains of Bangladesh. Post-lunch, explore the living root bridges, a marvel of bioengineering and a testament to the ingenuity of the local Khasi tribes. Evening: Return to Shillong. If time permits, stop at the Elephant Falls for a quick visit before dinner
Day 3: Mawlynnong and Dawki
Morning: Drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. Explore the village, visit the Sky Walk, and interact with the locals to learn about their sustainable lifestyle. Afternoon: Proceed to Dawki, and enjoy a serene boat ride on the Umngot River, known for its crystal-clear waters. Have a picnic lunch by the riverside. Evening: Drive back to Shillong. Spend your evening relaxing at the hotel or take a last stroll around Shillong.
Day 4: Departure from Shillong
Morning: After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Visit the Don Bosco Museum which provides insights into the rich culture and history of the North East. Afternoon: Depart for Guwahati airport for your return journey. Reflect on the beautiful experiences and moments shared during your Meghalaya Family Tour Packages.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel servicesdue to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason/s we must be notifiedof the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effectivefrom the date we receiveadvice in writing,and cancellation charges would be as follows:

45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost.

15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost.

07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost.

48 hoursprior to arrivalOR No Show: No Refund.
